Covid Safe

Bambusa Pilates is proud to teach face to face again in line with government guidelines. I will continue to offer Zoom Pilates but am so excited to be able to teach in a hall again.

Bambusa Pilates has followed the guidelines from the government to make teaching you Covid secure. Please see my Terms and conditions and Covid Protocol about how Bambusa Pilates will keep you safe.

I am proud to be hiring halls from Harrow Arts Centre who also have a policy on their website about what they are doing to keep you safe. In summary :

  • I may be asking you to complete a more detailed health questionnaire if necessary,

  • Masks are no longer mandatory but some venues may ask you to wear them.

  • Cleaning, hygiene and hand washing will be of the utmost importance and will be encouraged. Hand sanitizer will be available for your use.

  • It is recommended that you bring your own equipment to reduce sharing. I will sanitise all shared equipment before and after use.

  • Ventilation and Air conditioning (if in a hall) will be monitored under the government guidance. You may wish to wear warmer clothing than normal.

  • I will be available to ask any questions you may have and will have information on my website to support being Covid secure. We will keep you updated with any changes that may affect you..

  • Bambusa Pilates will offer Zoom to those clients who prefer this way of practicing their Pilates

  • Bambusa Pilates will support vulnerable individual's and offer alternative sessions if required

  • Bambusa Pilates has followed advice from HSE* for risk Assessments and the government for other queries . ( see terms and conditions and Bambusa Covid protocol for more details)
