Service Description
Awaken and align your body and mind on Monday evenings at Harrow Arts Centre. Start your week energized and motivated. A class suitable for beginners, Improvers and those that have done Pilates before. Let Summer 2022 be the season that you make time for you. Trial class available to book on Pay as you go (PAYG) for £10. If you sign up to a block then you will receive a free 7' Pilates ball. If you cannot book on give me a call or send a message as there maybe a space available.
