Service Description
If you want to try a class or cannot commit to a regular class this is the option for you. You can book onto the Monday 7.30pm Mat Pilates class at Harrow Arts Centre. This is a small class of 10-12 so suitable for all levels. You will need to complete a health form prior to attending. The block booking option is now closed for this block so book PAYG subject to space to give this class a try.
