Service Description

Zoom Pilates can be practiced in the comfort of your own home or any where you choose. It gives a little more flexibility to those individuals who prefer to work out at home yet still want the individual attention that a class can provide. The classes are still small so I can see and correct you. If you are not ready to practice at a live setting this is a great option for you. Try it before you sign up. If you sign up for a block you will receive a free 7' Pilates ball.
