Pilates is a great exercise for the body and mind. It can help keep you strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Mat or Chair Pilates available. You can choose a group class at Harrow Arts Centre or Hatch End Scout Hut. Alternatively , private 1:1 or small group sessions available. NEW BLOCK BOOKING Starts 17th MARCH. Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a great way to strengthen your whole body. I plan a program to work all the muscles in the body helping to improve your posture, strength, co-ordination and alignment. We will work through a combination of Joseph Pilates original 34 moves with a contemporary twist to keep up to date with current research. My aim is for you to feel amazing after every class. It is a great way to meet people and enjoy times with friends and family. Group and individual classes are available. Beginners courses run regularly throughout the year.

Chair Pilates

Chair Pilates allows more individuals to continue to do Pilates when the Mat no longer works for them. It is an alternative type of exercise that still gives your whole body a work out. Standing and seated options offered. Small equipment used to enhance bone health and strength. As with all Pilates sessions you are encouraged to work within your range and abilities. Small classes allow me to plan to individual needs in the group. We are even known to go for an occasional coffee afterwards in the lovely Harrow Arts Centre! One to one sessions available. Zoom Classes

Zoom classes are available if you still prefer to work out at home. Small classes allow me to plan classes to individuals and so I can see you clearly. Help can be given to set up your Zoom using either laptops, I pads or phones. There is chance to chat before and afterwards if you have any questions.One to one sessions also available. About Me

Making a Positive Impact
I have the best job in the world. I had been practicing Pilates for many years before I decided to train as a Pilates teacher. I trained with JPilates a well respected, knowledgeable and amazing teacher and trainer. I continue to keep my practice fresh and up to date by attending many Pilates courses. These include : bone health, working with small equipment such as balls, weights and bands, working with people with various neurological conditions, Pilates and the older person, foot, hand and breath workshops as well as a recent training enabling me to introduce the small looped band which is small but so poweful ! I want to help you feel stronger, more mobile and flexible as well as give you the opportunity to meet some great people. I can honestly say I have been blessed with all my clients so far. They have all been so amazing.
I want Pilates to be real and available to as many people as possible. I want you to feel amazing after each session. With a background in nursing and teaching you can be reassured everything I teach will be well planned around everybody in the class. I give lots of opportunities and encourage asking of questions. Whatever your experience or ability in Pilates I am sure I can offer you something new.
