Welcome to Bambusa Pilates, offering friendly and supportive Pilates classes in Pinner and Hatch End, Harrow.
Classes are suitable for beginners as well as those with previous Pilates experience, with a focus on improving strength, mobility, posture, balance, and overall wellbeing. Sessions are taught in a welcoming environment with options and modifications to suit different abilities.
Bambusa Pilates offers mat Pilates and chair Pilates classes designed to help you move with confidence, reduce stiffness, and feel stronger in everyday life.
Classes take place in Pinner and Hatch End. New members are always welcome.

Mat Pilates
MAT PILATES CLASSES – STRENGTHEN, STRETCH & FEEL AMAZING
Mat Pilates is an effective full-body workout designed to improve strength, posture, flexibility, coordination, and alignment. Each class is carefully planned to target all major muscle groups, helping you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body.
Classes combine Joseph Pilates' original 34 exercises with a modern, evidence-based approach, incorporating current research and contemporary teaching methods.
My goal is for every participant to leave feeling stronger, energised, and uplifted. Pilates is also a wonderful way to meet new people and enjoy exercising with friends and family in a welcoming and supportive environment.

New to Pilates? A private 1:1 or 1:2 session is highly recommended before joining a group class to help you build confidence and learn the fundamentals.

• 9:45am – Pinner Village Hall (Suitable for Beginners)
Wednesday
• 10:00am – Harrow Arts Centre (Mixed Ability )
Thursday
• 7:45pm – The Scout Hut, Hatch End (Improvers)
Beginner courses run throughout the year.


Chair Pilates
Chair Pilates allows more individuals to continue to do Pilates when the Mat no longer works for them. It is an alternative type of exercise that still gives your whole body a work out. Standing and seated options offered. Small equipment used to enhance bone health and strength. As with all Pilates sessions you are encouraged to work within your range and abilities. Small classes allow me to plan to individual needs in the group. We are even known to go for an occasional coffee afterwards in the lovely Harrow Arts Centre! One to one sessions available. Zoom Classes
Zoom classes are available if you still prefer to work out at home. Small classes allow me to plan classes to individuals and so I can see you clearly. Help can be given to set up your Zoom using either laptops, I pads or phones. There is chance to chat before and afterwards if you have any questions.One to one sessions also available.
