Our Pilates classes are designed to keep everyone moving, independent, and strong. We typically offer sessions in 5-6 week blocks around term times. Please note that we close for two weeks in August and operate on a reduced timetable during that period.

9:45 AM - Beginners and Improvers

7:45 PM - Mat Pilates Improvers and Intermediate
