Class Schedule Overview


Our Pilates classes are designed to keep everyone moving, independent, and strong. We typically offer sessions in 5-6 week blocks around term times. Please note that we close for two weeks in August and operate on a reduced timetable during that period.


Monday Classes


  • 10:00 AM - Mat Pilates Mixed Ability

  • 12:00 PM - Mat Pilates Mixed Ability

  • 7:30 PM - Mixed Ability


Tuesday Classes


  • 9:45 AM - Beginners and Improvers


Wednesday Classes


  • 10:00 AM - Mixed Ability


Thursday Classes


  • 10:00 AM - Chair Pilates Mixed Ability

  • 7:45 PM - Mat Pilates Improvers and Intermediate
